What exactly is HomeSuite?

HomeSuite is a marketing identity used to unite Michigan’s Real Estate One-Stop Shop. Our businesses include: John Adams Mortgage, Capital Title, Insurance One and Rental Management One.

This marketing identity helps us describe our one-stop shop services (mortgage, title, insurance, rental management) with only having to use one simple term: HomeSuite. (Think of it like the Target of real estate… when a homebuyer enters through the doors of HomeSuite, they have everything they need to purchase their home right here!)

Is HomeSuite a company?

No, HomeSuite is not a company or a business entity. It is a marketing identity.

HomeSuite was created to easily describe and refer to our one-stop shop of real estate services. All business generated through HomeSuite is handled by our affiliated companies: John Adams Mortgage, Capital Title Insurance, Insurance One and Rental Management One.

Does a HomeSuite customer have to use every service it offers?

You can work with one, two, three or all four of our services.

We market all of our services together so you are aware of the many ways we can help you . We understand that you may be connected with a real estate service professional outside of our HomeSuite. We would love to work with you in the areas you need help in. Also, it never hurts to get a second opinion quote from a HomeSuite company (because you just may find a way better deal or a $100 gift card - see next question)!

We get that rental management isn’t as common of a need as mortgage, title and insurance. Though, owning investment properties is worth looking into. They can generate recurring monthly income and be a more secure way to invest your money than other options. Rental Management One will be a great resource to you if you’ve been thinking about renting out your vacation home.

No matter the HomeSuite service you use, we’re here to make your experience convenient, fast and affordable.(And it’s more likely to happen that way when we can keep your deal under one roof - our roof!)

Does HomeSuite offer any incentives to its customers?

John Adams Mortgage is currently offering a great incentive:

The Second Look Program: Even if a buyer already has a mortgage connection, we’ll give them a $100 Home Depot gift card for the opportunity to meet or beat their existing quote. Whether or not they choose us, the gift card is theirs!

Stay tuned because we are always planning more promotions and incentives!

I’m a real estate agent. Can HomeSuite benefit my business?

It’s always our goal to help our real estate agents be as successful as possible. That’s why we do everything possible to do our best work and provide exceptional service to their clients who then become our clients, too.

A 2019 survey conducted by The National Association of Realtors and The Harris Poll showed that 86% of homebuyers are more likely to choose an agent who offers one-stop shop (OSS) services like HomeSuite. OSS buyers also rate their agent higher than those who use standalone sources. This study also reveals that 96% of all homebuyers believe the OSS model would make the process at least somewhat easier. And really, we want to make everyone’s life easier from the buyer to the agent… and even our own!

Our intention is that HomeSuite will give our agents a competitive edge and another way they can provide heightened value to their clients.

Unfortunately, we legally cannot reward our real estate agents with financial (or really any kind of) incentives, except for referral fees given by Rental Management One. When a customer signs a management agreement with Rental Management One (of at least 12 months), our agent would receive one month’s management fee. If the agent refers the lease in addition to property management services, they will be eligible for 25% of the first month’s rent.
